I have always been more interested in pictures of clothed (or at least partially clothed) guys than in pictures of naked guys. Clothing is language and label and context; in still pictures it adds a huge amount of information about the people involved that naked pics just can't convey. Haircuts, being something that people can intentionally choose about themselves, fall into the same category. And shared esthetics correlate well enough with potential friendship/intimacy that it's worked pretty well for me for years. I dunno where I was going with this, I need a smoke. I know that in my artwork, as well as in my *ahem* personal time, that what a guy wears and the various states of partial undress really lends itself to a narrative/scene/etc. I was wondering about your thoughts and opinions on this being the curious bastard that I am.
