Among other things, it allows you to make T-shirt transfers, using a special medium and CMYK (IE:Full colour!) foils. This particular process is far superior to ink-jet transfer papers and lasts a lot longer. There are may graphics companies that can utilize this technology, as long as they have the machine and order the specific products to do T-shirt transfers. We use this stuff at work, all the time! If you're interested, I can send you a link. You'd have to suss-out a local source, but it's a better quality alternative...
