Let's just get this straight, as I don't pull any punches (as many of you can attest to from the dealings you've had with me on here, in real life, or the writing I have on my personal website), this is pretty much a "vanity tribe" on my part. I'm not going to make any excuses for that. It's a forum for me to basically talk about myself and what artwork stuff I've got going on. I know it's narcissistic, but it's a fun way to reach lots of people who appreciate, like, or want to keep tabs on what stuff is going on. A shameless tool I use for marketing. If you didn't like the way I roll, you wouldn't be here.

It's also a great place to talk about erotica, art work, gallery spaces, toss around ideas, and anything tangentially related to my work and the work of other members.

There are plenty of other tribes out there to post your contest image, your art, others art, etc. Please do that there, unless it has something to do with a topic you've started, a question you've possed or some discussion on hand. Because of the abuse of something I see as a very strong given, if you want to post an image, you have two choices:

1 - Either ask permission to do so, but also bring some reason to do so.
2 - Or start a thread to allow other people to understand where you are coming from and why you are posting it in a tribe called "Drub's Erotic Art".

Failure to comply will get you booted from this tribe. If you have questions to this, feel free to start a healthy debate on it here or email me privately if you don't want to do that publically.

Things I feel that are permissible, but not limited to these, are all topics that relate to my work, the erotic art of other members, themes explored in said work, subcultures, skinheads, punks, rockabillies, working class men, fetishes, sex, the art world, magazines and other media, comic books, etc. BUT please bring to the table some reason to do so, otherwise you will be seen in the same light as all the buxom, blonde hookers who try to add me as "friends" on MySpace with nary a hello - one that always gets knocked out.

Thanks, and sorry if this seems like I'm coming off like a jerk, but these are things that I thought were crystal clear and didn't need to be said. Life is about choice and if you don't like the ones you've been given, feel free to remove yourself from this tribe.
